1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using IndexLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
IndexLaunch accepts URLs you submit and forwards them to search engines' own indexing systems to help your content get discovered faster. We queue and track each submission, but we do not control search engines' indexing decisions or timelines — submitting a URL increases its chances of being indexed but does not guarantee it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and only submit URLs for content you own or are authorized to promote.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to submit adult content, illegal content, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Payments and credits
Credits are sold in prepaid packages and billed as one-time purchases — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy for details on refunds. Prices are shown in your local checkout currency (INR or USD) before you confirm a purchase.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexLaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including changes in your search engine rankings or traffic.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
