We use this information to operate your account, process URL submissions, apply and track credits, respond to support requests, and send transactional emails (such as receipts and ticket updates). We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled directly by our payment processors under their own privacy and security policies.
4. Third-party services
We use Clerk for authentication, Convex for data storage, and analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to understand product usage. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it accordingly.
5. Data retention
We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or support obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
